A Listener's Guide to the Glow Frequency Universe

 Introduction: Welcome, Luminous One

Welcome to the quiet sky inside you, a sacred sanctuary of sound where your spirit can return home. This glossary is a gentle guide to the core concepts of the Arreqqana teachings you will hear on your journey with the Glow Frequency podcast. Think of these concepts not as separate lessons, but as interconnected currents in the same inner ocean, each one leading you back to the truth of your own light. Let these words be soft lights on the path as you learn to hear the language of your own glow.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Core Concepts of the Arreqqana Teachings

Aether

The Aether is an inner realm of vision, intuition, and higher clarity. It is not an external element you can touch, but an internal state of expansion that you become. This occurs when your boundaries soften and your imagination remembers its origin, allowing you to access the quiet images, the symbols, and the inner sky speaking in gentle flashes.

From the Aether, you learn to connect with your higher clarity. It is the sacred space where you receive the visions that guide you, long before they reach your waking mind.

Aether is not an element you touch. It is an element you become.

Aether of Memory

The Aether of Memory is a sacred inner frequency where the past is not a collection of static stories, but a series of transformative echoes that live on as part of your being. It is the gentle imprint of everything that shaped you, from moments of profound softness to experiences of deep hurt.

Engaging with this Aether is a ceremonial act that allows you to revisit key moments from your past. By breathing with these memories, you gather the sacred fragments of your becoming and are made whole.

Memory is not a story. Memory is a frequency.

Future Selves

Future Selves are not fantasies, but tangible trajectories—threads stretched forward by every kindness you haven’t given yet and every strength you haven’t discovered yet. They are versions of yourself that already exist on paths of healing, strength, and softness, living in the breath between moments.

Connecting with your Future Selves allows you to receive their “breath” of reassurance, confidence, and clarity in the present. This reminds you that you are guided not only by who you were, but by who you are becoming.

You are now supported not only by who you were, but by who you will be.

Inner Flame (The Flame)

The Inner Flame is a feminine, revealing presence of truth and resilience that represents your original self—the version of you untouched by fear and unchanged by disappointment. It is not a fire that burns or devours, but one that illuminates what you truly are when the world falls silent. This flame never dims or wanders, but simply waits for you to remember its presence within you.

Your Inner Flame is the part of you that survives all doubt and hardship. Reconnecting with it is a return to your inherent worth, reminding you that you were born with this glow and never have to earn it.

When you doubt your worth, the flame does not dim. When you lose yourself, the flame does not wander.

Love-Threads

Love-Threads are the connections woven into your life by every person who has cared for you. These threads are not made of fleeting emotion, but of presence, care, and support. Together, they form a sacred architecture of belonging, a luminous constellation proving that you are held.

Recognizing this network of Love-Threads shows that you have never walked alone. Even connections that feel distant, changed, or gone remain part of this structure, holding you in ways you may not always see.

Love does not expire— it becomes part of your structure.

The Ocean (of Surrender & Trust)

The Ocean is a spiritual concept representing an inner tide of surrender and trust. It is not a storm meant to drown you, but a powerful current that wants to carry you home. It embodies the trust that your path unfolds even when you cannot see the horizon.

From The Ocean, you learn that true surrender is not an act of giving up, but of releasing the fight against a current that already knows the way. It teaches you to relax into the certainty of the water, allowing yourself to be held and guided.

Surrender means allowing yourself to stop fighting the current that already knows your way home.

The River (of the Inner Child)

The River is the keeper of the Inner Child, holding every softness and tenderness you believed you had to put away in order to survive. It flows gently through you, cleansing the places you may have hidden from yourself.

Following this inner river allows for a gentle reunion with your younger, most honest self. This process washes away past hurts and reintegrates your most tender intelligence and honest feelings into your present, allowing you to become whole again.

She remembers the you before disappointment, before bruised feelings…

Shadow Self (The Hidden Moon)

The Shadow Self is not a source of darkness, but a version of you that has been waiting patiently to be held. It is the part of you that carried feelings and experiences that were too difficult to face at the time. The Hidden Moon is the guardian of shadow healing, lifting the veil gently so the truth can become visible.

The purpose of "Shadow Healing" is not to defeat or banish your shadow, but to reunite with it. By integrating this part of yourself, it transforms from a burden into a witness to your resilience and your journey toward wholeness.

Shadow is not darkness. Shadow is the part of you that has been waiting to be held.

The Vision Bearer

The Vision Bearer is not a deity or a spirit, but the version of you who has never forgotten your true purpose. This inner figure waits for you at the end of the Aether Path, illuminated from within and ready to share the visions you carry.

Meeting the Vision Bearer reveals the truth you are afraid to admit you carry, helping you align with your purpose. Like your Future Selves, the Vision Bearer is a guide who already knows the way, waiting for you on the Aether Path.

It is the version of you who never forgot your purpose.

The Wind (of Unspoken Truths)

The Wind is the element of truth, representing clarity without pressure and voice without fear. It is the quiet inner breeze that rises when a truth inside you is asking to be spoken. It doesn't demand that you speak, but simply reveals what you already know.

Connecting with your inner wind bestows the courage to acknowledge and express your truth. This act of honest expression brings a profound release and lightness, softening your shoulders and expanding your breath.

Wind is clarity without pressure. Voice without fear.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Closing: Your Path is Waking

You have breathed with your Future Selves and remembered the Love-Threads that hold you. These are not just words; they are the living frequencies of your soul. Carry them as you would your own Inner Flame. Walk gently now, Vision Bearer. Your path is waking.

More Than Words: How Arreqqana Redefines Desire, Intimacy, and Sound

The language we speak is more than a tool for communication; it is the very architecture of our reality. The words we have at our disposal shape how we perceive emotions, interpret art, and understand the world around us. When a language lacks a word for a certain concept, that concept can become harder to grasp. Conversely, when a language possesses a unique and specific term for a complex idea, it grants its speakers a more nuanced lens through which to experience life. The fictional language of Arreqqana offers a profound example of this principle. It is a language built not just for communication, but for a deeper, more textured experience of existence. Within its grammar and vocabulary lie concepts for music, love, and desire that are fundamentally different from our own, offering a glimpse into another way of being. It seems only natural that a culture that treats sound as a multi-sensory, spiritual force would also develop specialized linguistic tools for its most profound ...

Peppiqhilala and Jarruwano

(explanation in sajiyuta script) In this tender nighttime scene, Jarruwano of the House of Tarraqhavvezz leans over to gently kiss Peppiqhilala’s forehead as she sleeps, wrapped peacefully beneath soft blue-and-white floral blankets. His long black hair cascades forward, brushing near her curls as his presence radiates warmth and guardianship. Dressed in his ceremonial black blazer with a crisp white shirt slightly unbuttoned, a sacred pendant resting on his chest, Jarruwano’s expression is one of silent devotion and unspoken love. Peppiqhilala sleeps serenely, her face lit with calmness, framed by her flowing curls. Her hands rest gently over the blanket, relaxed and trusting in the protection surrounding her. The entire moment is bathed in a sacred stillness—an unspoken vow between protector and beloved. This is not merely a gesture of affection; it is a vow of watchfulness. Jarruwano, as one of Peppi’s chosen guardians within the great lineage of Tarraqhavvezz, channels his lo...
